Lift Club is a small group strength training class held in the Lift Lab, a dedicated space at Chuze designed for focused lifting and real results. Led by certified coaches, each session helps you improve form, build strength, and grow more confident using equipment like squat racks, benches, and glute-focused machines. You’ll train with the same group each week, creating consistency, accountability, and plenty of support along the way. Whether you’re new to lifting or ready to level up your routine, Lift Club offers expert guidance and a welcoming environment to work hard and feel proud of your progress.

For a fast-paced environment, hop into the saddle at cycling class and get your heart pumping. Nothing helps motivate a great workout like conquering a steep climb with a group of passionate people.
