Silver Sneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support.
P90X® is a total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. It uses the science of “muscle confusion” to challenge your body with new moves and routines. P90X® also uses plyometric training, helping participants beat their plateau by training their bodies with a variety of workouts.

Our “beginner friendly” format helps acquaint you with the key concepts and non-competitive nature of indoor cycling including setting up your bike and maintaining proper technique and biomechanics during your ride. You will experience the unique MyRide program, which allows you to simulate riding through some of the most beautiful and exciting terrain across the globe. If you are a beginner, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for bike set-up assistance.
