While incorporating elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, Barre workout will target and elongate muscles in the core, upper and lower body. This low impact format is a joint-friendly total body conditioning, strengthening and stretching workout. You will be led through a program using isometric exercise training with strong emphasis on form posture and alignment.
