Chuze Barre

Create that coveted lean, sculpted dancers’ physique with our new Chuze Barre class.  While incorporating elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, Barre will target and elongate muscles in the core, upper and lower body.  This low impact format is a joint-friendly total body conditioning, strengthening and stretching workout.  You will be led through a program using isometric training with strong emphasis on form and alignment.
