Team Member:
This is the first stop on the Chuze train for many of our employees. Our team members are at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Support Chuze in creating healthier communities through human connection and kindness, instilling our friendliness, and providing a squeaky-clean environment to all who walk through our doors.
Shift Leads:
We love promoting our team members to this role, but we also like to bring in experienced leaders from the outside. Chuze Leads are pivotal in keeping our clubs running and securing the best member experience through human connection and kindness. Each club typically has multiple Leads who all work together and supervise day-to-day shift operations, assisting the front lines and management team.
Management Team:
Our managers do it all. Whether on the front lines or behind the scenes, they are responsible for leading our clubs by training and developing their team to create unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. They foster positive and growth-driven work environments focused on creating healthier communities through human connection and kindness. All Chuze clubs have one General Manager and 1-2 Assistant Managers.
Fun fact: Most of our managers started with us in entry-level roles and were promoted internally.
As a valued General Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding and upholding your club’s Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) by leading, training, and developing your team to create unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Balance administrative duties while working alongside your team to create a collaborative environment by utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills.
The GM will maintain high levels of professionalism and leadership to create a positive and growth-driven work environment focused on creating healthier communities through human connection and kindness. You will view every task and interaction with a lens of continuous improvement.
Fitness:
Our dynamic Fitness professionals lead various exercise classes, offering different intensities and formats to help our members achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This team is all about transforming lives—one class or session at a time—using a wide array of knowledge, empathy, and high-energy. We have opportunities to teach across multiple formats, enjoy flexible schedules, and even step into leadership roles within our Fitness department.
Kids Club:
For those who love working with kids, these roles never feel like work. Our Kids Club team fosters unforgettable experiences for our members and their children. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, engaging with little Chuzers through activities and crafts, and ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness, all while prioritizing the safety of the children while they are in our care.
Maintenance:
Though many companies outsource for their maintenance needs, we want all employees to be official Chuzers. These all-stars are crucial to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and facilities. They fix everything from machines and pulleys to hydro-massage beds, steam rooms, and beyond. Without our maintenance technicians, there would be no equipment for our members to use.
Home Office Team:
The Home Office team is comprised of a diverse range of departments specializing in Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Accounting and Finance, and Construction & Development. Our main goal is to support the overall functions of our clubs, taking on whatever we can so that our front lines can focus on what’s important, the members. Our corporate offices are coast-to-coast, located in Jacksonville, Denver, and our original home, San Diego!
