Arm day. For some of us, it is our least favorite. For others, it is what keeps us coming to the gym. Whoever you are, you are probably doing the same workouts over and over again. It is very hard to switch up a routine that you’ve already perfected. This week, we are asking you to do just that with our bodyweight arm workout. Try a few of these push-ups, punches, bench dips, and tows and your arms will be screaming for more (after a day or two, of course).
