The Chuze National City health club hosts over thirty fitness classes per week. The Chuze Fitness National City health club believes no one should be unable to work out here because of their schedule. That is why Chuze keeps its doors open from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekends. Even during peak hours – which tend to be after work during the week and in the mornings during the Group Exercise classes – Chuze never feels too busy. Plus, with so many pieces of cardio and strength equipment, you never have to wait in line for the machine you want.
