Can you believe that within just 8 years, Chuze Fitness has grown from one location to a total of 19 locations throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Denver, CO?
It has been quite a few years since Chuze was able to add an additional location to our home turf in San Diego County. This September, we were able to change that. San Diego is home, and we are are excited to say one of the best gyms in Chula Vista is now open! Visit the best San Diego gym now!
Our Chuze team, along with the Padres’ Pad Squad, The Friar, and the Z90.3 street team, all had a blast showing this beautiful facility off to the Chula Vista community. We offered Team Training and Group Exercise demos from 10am to 12pm for everyone to try. One participant even held a plank for 6.5 minutes during a Team Training plank challenge. How incredible! (I am sweating just writing that!) The Padres Friar and Chuze U-Man also showed off their muscles by getting down on the ground for some (less successful) planks during this demo.
We also hosted a few Group Fitness classes during this grand opening event. The Pad Squad got a workout in when they jumped into our intense Bootcamp class. We even had a dance party with the great folks of Chula Vista, and showed them how shaking it to a Zumba workout could lead to a healthier and better life! The Chuze U-Man and the Friar took it upon themselves to jump in during this Zumba class, and proved to everyone that mascots can hold their own on the dance floor!
The party continued in our brand new outdoor turf area with the Z90.3 Street Team, who provided us with some amazing tunes to listen to. Our Chuze team was handing out free pHire H20, generously donated to us by Pyro Brands. Some of the lucky folks who showed up to this celebration even won raffle prizes, such as: a 1 Year MORE Membership, a 6 Month MORE Membership, a VIZIO TV, FitBit Flexes, a Chuze Heart Rate Monitor, and iTunes gift cards. To top it all off, our $1 enrollment fee promotion had just kicked off! (Offer valid until 9/30/2016.) It is safe to say that our grand opening party turned out to be a blast.
