Aaron Rodgers at Chuze FitnessYou never know who you might run into at the gym, especially when the film crew from the sidesplitting reality TV show, I Get That a Lot, turns up. That is what happened recently when Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers posed as an employee of Chuze Fitness to see how many gym members recognized the football star off the field.

In case you are unfamiliar with the show, it is an occasional series that runs on CBS. Each episode features several well-known celebrities posing in working-class jobs. In the first episode, for example, rapper and actor Ice-T posed as a shoe salesman, while country music singer LeAnn Rimes waited on tables. Hidden cameras are placed to capture the reactions of customers. When the celebs are recognized, they claim to be merely look-a-likes and pass it off by saying, “I get that a lot.” At the end of the segment, they confess their true identities and reveal the hidden cameras.

As you can imagine, this leads to some hilarious situations. Since the show started in 2009, there have been five episodes, each giving us some good laughs as we watch the celebrities try to pass themselves off in everyday occupations and convince strangers that they are anyone but themselves. The last episode aired in 2013, but CBS has recently aired a new one, including a segment shot in Chuze Fitness featuring Aaron Rodgers. You can watch the full video here.

Rodgers is currently the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. He is known for being one of the most accurate quarterbacks ever to play in the NFL, with the highest career regular-season passer rating. In the 2011 season, he set the record for regular-season passer rating in a single season with a rating of 122.5.

He first came to the public’s attention when playing college football for the University of California’s Golden Bears. After leading them to a top ten ranking in 2004, he was selected in the first round of the NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers. Initially, Rodgers was a backup quarterback to the well-known Brett Favre, until 2008 when his chance came to move into the starting quarterback position. He certainly did not waste the opportunity and just two years later Rodgers led his team to victory in Super Bowl XLV. He was even named the Super Bowl MVP. He was also voted the NFL’s Most Valuable Player for both the 2011 and 2014 seasons.

With a career like that, it is clear to see why his might be a fairly recognizable face for anyone who knows football. So, when he dons the uniform of an average Chuze fitness employee and steps behind the counter, the results are sure to be hilarious. Will the Chuze members who recognize this NFL superstar be fooled by this harmless, yet hilarious, celebrity prank or will they call his bluff? Be sure to watch the episode of I Get That a Lot to find out.
